The Civil Society for the Eradication of Tuberculosis TB Network) is currently implementing a community-based tuberculosis intervention under the USAID TB LON Regions 1 and 2 Program, in partnership with KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation Nigeria. The project, which runs from April 1 to September 30, 2025, focuses on active case finding and contact investigation in Kaduna, Kano, and Katsina states. TB Network is leading the financial and logistical implementation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with USAID guidelines, while KNCV Nigeria provides funding and oversight. The intervention aims to strengthen TB control efforts in the target states through grassroots engagement and strategic outreach. Key deliverables include weekly, monthly, and annual performance monitoring reports, financial updates, and a final audit report. This initiative contributes to the broader goal of reducing the TB burden by improving early detection, treatment access, and community awareness.
