Samuel has a PGD in Peace &Conflict Resolution with over 10 years of work experience in program implementation, provided consultancy services, and M&E, and has working knowledge of PEPFAR grants with skills in data collation, entry, and validation. He has served as Data Manager and program/M&E Officer; he is currently the Program Officer for TB Network.
