TB Network Hosts 2-Day Strategic Development and Leadership Training with Support from NTBPLC under the RSSH Grant

The TB Network (TBN), with invaluable support from NTBPLC under the Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) Grant, successfully conducted a two-day Strategic Development and Leadership Training for its staff from Thursday, May 8, to Friday, May 9, 2025.

Held at ACLSD Global Consulting Ltd – Strategy, Apo, Abuja, the training was designed to strengthen internal leadership, enhance strategic thinking, and equip team members with the skills and tools needed to drive performance, accountability, and long-term organizational impact.

Participants engaged in intensive, practical, and highly interactive sessions facilitated by seasoned experts in governance, leadership, and development strategy. The sessions emphasized:

Building sustainable systems for long-term health impact
